Technical Program Manager

Our Client is one of the most digitalised and technological groups. It is a multinational technology company specialising in internet-related services and products, online advertising technologies, cloud computing, software, etc.

Responsibilities

· To manage and coordinate technical tasks and related project activities during ODM operations

· To support the engineering team in managing Android manufacturers and streamlining/tracking our new ecosystem program operations

· To explain the parameters of the GMS Express program to manufacturers and answer Apps related enquiries from manufacturers

· To work with chipset supplier delivery teams and manufacturers to track and fix bottlenecks during the process

· To handle all test lab coordination tasks for manufactures for Android software builds

· To answer Android compatibility testing and certification related questions

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines

· Minimum 5 years of experience of managing large-scale and dynamic technical programs

· Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organisational levels

· Good knowledge of the Android development technology landscape, preferably with hands-on knowledge of porting Android Platform on handset devices

· Ability to leverage technology to solve real life problems

· Experience in partner or customer communications & management

· Work experience in a handset manufacturer and closely collaborate with chipset suppliers and OEMs is a plus

· Java coding skill preferred

· Fluent in Chinese and English
