Trainer (Treasury/Trade/Cash)

SALT Talent is looking for a Trainer in Banking domain with a focus in Cash, Treasury or Trade platforms. This is a 9-month and extendable contract role with a Multi-National Banking client based in Hong Kong.

What you’ll do :

  • Provide interactive onsite and web-based training to Cash, Treasury Management and Trade Clients.
  • Strong knowledge in Cash, Treasury and Trade domain.
  • Customize training content according to the target audience in terms of users’ position, department and business needs in the company.
  • To evaluate existing training methods and recommend measures that would optimize efficiency and effectiveness of training.
  • Ability to do real-time logging of support cases and month end reporting required.

What you’ll need:

  • 3-5 years related experience in banking and finance industry experience
  • Current and updated with existing and forthcoming technological advancement in the Computer Science and Corporate Banking environment.
  • strong analytical and troubleshooting knowledge of current Windows operating systems, Internet Explorer browsers, web-based banking products, computer hardware and software environment.
