Digital Commerce & Performance Manager

I am incredibly proud to be partnering with an industry leading, global management consultancy firm, as they search for a Digital Commerce & Performance specialist, to join their growing marketing division.

Addressing digital acceleration and growth opportunities within the retail, CPG and telecommunications space, the Digital Commerce lead will work in close collaboration with small but high-performing internal teams and senior stakeholders’ client-side, across a Europe, Middle East and Asia remit.

My client seeks candidates who have built their ecommerce or digital marketing career brand side, within similar industries, and/or who have worked previously within the consulting space, addressing similar digital challenges. A mix of both career experiences is considered to be incredibly lucrative to my client, but what is of huge appeal are candidates who have the hands-on experience and willingness, teamed with a strategic mindset and holistic understanding of digital.

Experience with marketplaces is of the essence for this role; Amazon of course (experience encompassing advertising tools as well as Vendor central, etc.), but additional European marketplace experience would be highly regarded. Given you will be responsible for a small team, prior people management experience is required, as is past experience working with global brands.
