Freelance UX Designer

So just in, not 1 but 2 freelance UX roles with a brilliant internet company who crafts websites & tools for content creators. They are getting super busy so are looking for some talented remote freelance UX Designers:

1. Freelance mid/senior UX Designer = Working on a rebuild of a newspaper site: 1-3 months

Re-design of their core properties, quite straight forward in a lot of ways, not so much user research but more hands on and practical design than strategy to better support their editorial strategy and wireframes, more IA.

You will have a team lead and also the project manager, UI, strategist, and a whole range of different engineers. The site is built in WordPress, so if you have experience in that then amazing. So, they have kicked of the conversations, but none of the practical work is done. Ideally, they are looking for somebody who has experience in publishing as their core product is in the publishing sector.

2. Freelance mid/senior UX/ IA Designer – To be working on a platform migration for a global pharma client: 6 months.

You will be reviewing content of what the sites already have, looking at stakeholder management across lots of different geography. You will have a team lead and also the project manager, UI, strategist, and a whole range of different engineers. They have a framework created for the site so it less from scratch. The site is built in WordPress, so if you have experience in that then amazing. Ideally, they are looking for somebody who has experience in the Pharma industry as their core product is in the publishing sector.

Both outside IR35 and fully remote as that’s their model as a business. Keen at all? Do get in touch if so 🙂
