Head of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing

I am thrilled to be partnering with a premium consumer goods business, as they continue to scale their brand across the globe. At the heart of this exciting growth period lies their need for an accomplished and motivational leader, who can spearhead and drive their online strategy, as Head of Ecommerce & Digital.

Working in close cohesion with the brand founder and CMO, the Head of Ecommerce & Digital, will use their extensive experience and insights across all things online, to redefine what the overall digital strategy looks like for the business going forward, and ultimately scale the brand further. By driving customer acquisition, the optimization of ecommerce operations, focus on user experience, and utilization of global and multichannel data and analytics, this role plays a pivotal role taking the brand to the next level.

While experience in scaling brands is of the essence here, this role also requires a dedicated and experienced leader, who can motivate and inspire teams. Responsible for personnel with expertise across social and performance, through to marketplaces, CRM and everything in between, the Head of Ecommerce & Digital will lead by example and know how get the best out of their people.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have prior experience in:

• P&L responsibility
• Scaling consumer goods brands
• International experience would be highly desirable
• Have 3-4 years’ prior experience in a leadership role

Going forward, this business requires someone who can commit 2-3 days in the office per week. To that end, a relocation package is on offer for the right candidate.
