B2B Growth Marketing Lead (SaaS)

Great opportunity for a Growth Hacker based in Berlin (or willing to relocate to Berlin) with experience in B2B SaaS scale-ups to join a rapidly growing company and take complete ownership of your growth strategy
Skills we’re looking for
- 5+ years proven experience in B2B Growth Marketing
- Track record of driving growth with a strong focus on managing budgets and adhering to acquisition targets
- Deeply analytical with the ability to dissect campaign performance and constantly optimise channel growth
- Strong experience required in Excel and Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, SEMRush
- Experience in full-cycle acquisition management (Attribution modelling, lead scoring, drip campaigns) You will need to work with our content team to consistently optimise the pipeline
- CRM ability including Hubspot or Salesforce with a strong emphasis on integrations for pipeline flow
Responsibilities
- Own the B2B Growth marketing strategy and drive the execution of all marketing channels
- Optimise the performance of the customer acquisition pipeline
- Manage the current B2B marketing team and hire new team members
- Ensure all team members are taking a data-driven approach and achieving KPI’s
- Manage and optimise the marketing budget to drive effective CPL and CPA numbers across each channel with a focus on ROI targets.
- Utilize marketing tools including: Google ( Ads, Tag Manager, & Analytics), Linkedin Campaign Manager, SEM Rush etc
- Lead key website integrations with our CRM ( Hubspot).
- Partner with our content team to drive key content pieces across channels and manage the mix of paid and organic acquisition
