My client is looking for an experienced Application support manager with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset to work on numerous assignments for their clients.

My client are a market leading product provider of data technology for FS clients. My client’s product provides more detailed insight into the counter-party risk profile.

The role:

You will work with both the senior business stakeholders as well as the senior software development team in delivering their ‘world class software product support’.

You will have:

– Excellent Stakeholder management skills

– The ability to implement efficient software development processes

– Proven history of managing teams, assigning work in order to meet tight deadlines

– Ability to communicate issues/blockers and work towards providing solutions

– Manging priority support tickets (JIRA)

– An understanding of back end technologies

– excellent communication and analytical skills will help you identify issues from system users and accurately relay them to the next level of support.
