My client is looking for a true eCommerce specialist to help guide and shape a number of their key digital projects over the next 6-months and has a passion for Customer Experience.
This is a 6-month contract which has been determined inside IR35 and is going to be based in their London office post the relaxation COVID-19 restrictions and return to work takes place at least a few days a week.
As part of this FMCG company’s eCommerce team, the Customer Experience (CX) Lead is responsible for the management, planning and activation of the new experiences in order to deliver the brand’s program KPIs.
My client is looking someone with at least 5 years’ experience in an eCommerce environment who has a strong graps of CX and can lead projects and work with a variety of stakeholders.
-Analyze data, customer feedbacks & benchmark best practices to build the brand’s customer experience initiatives
-Develop business requirements including strategic coordination of cross-channel stakeholders
-Provide briefing to creative agencies or internal UX/UI resources and ensure solutions meet business requirements
-Follow the initiatives implementation from design to deployment in the market
-Support markets local initiatives by providing solid eCommerce expertise and by ensuring a consistent customer experience
