Leading and coordinating business modelling and requirement collection from clients.
Analysing business needs, gaps, and problems including business impact analysis, followed by providing optimal recommendations.
Performing and coordinating workshops with the client and users, including initial training during the implementation period.
Delivering weekly status reports and analysis.
Required skills and experience:
A minimum of 4 years practicing as a Business Analyst in a Consulting environment, where an Agile methodology has been adopted.
Strong industry knowledge of either Private Banking, or Wealth Management, or Asset Management and its respective products.
Knowledge of analysis methodology and modelling tools.
Good command of business engagement, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
A good understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and technology delivery.
