Development lead

An opportunity has arisen with our customer, a leading Unified Comms service provider in the UK and Europe, to work on & lead new transformative propositions.

The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment & organisation of fresh delivery teams in the UK, liaising closely with Solution Architects & Domain Experts to deliver technologies across the teams ensuring optimum efficiencies & results. The role will involve building & running development & operations DevOps teams along with managing 3rd party suppliers.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 10 years’ experience within Software Product Development with good oral, written and presentation skills. Additional skills required include Agile product development & fundamental knowledge of Devops which will be mandatory. Our client wants the candidate to have previous hands on experience developing complex systems using tools Node.js & JavaScript within the AWS environment. Strong knowledge of Security by Design will be key & Previous experience working within a programme of Digital Transformation is a must. Other skills we will look for would include good understanding of OSS & BSS domains & experience coaching Scrum Master & Agile methods.
