Salt are currently partnered with an innovative digital strategy consultancy in Germany, supporting them as they hire for their offices in Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich.

This digital-first business has become a market-leader during the last 10 years, partnering with SME customers in the DACH region, plus Private Equity firms, providing data-driven expertise from initial strategy through to execution.

They are hiring at all levels, both in their Strategy teams and in their Data & Analytics teams, from entry-level up to Director, as they experience significant growth.

We’re looking for:

· Experience in building strategic projects, with the ability to always consider new ideas and ways of approaching something.

· Those comfortable working directly with C-level to help build business strategy looking through a digital lens.

· Expertise in one or more of the following Digital Strategy, Data Analytics, Digital Innovation, Private Equity, M&A, etc.

· Business fluency in German & English.

· Masters Degree, with MBA desirable.
