I am currently partnered with an elite, executive lead consultancy that is building out their Consumer Products and Retail Distribution team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within their largest and most successful sector.

You will be part of a tightly connected and experienced sector team to drive meaningful change to their top-tier clients. Ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, you will be using your leadership skills to become a figurehead within your market.

Expertise in transformation and strategy within consumer products and retail distribution is needed. Additionally, a strong experience in selling and delivering in the consumer products and retail sector is necessary. As director, you will help set the direction and drive forward the business, in alignment with the company’s values. You will have the opportunity to coach and develop key members of the team.

Role expectations:

· Developing meaningful relationships with existing and new clients.

· Meeting clients’ needs by delivering and selling effective business solutions.

· Supporting the financial growth of the sector.

· Envisioning and actioning your go to market strategy to support ongoing growth.

Must have:

· The ideal candidate will have previous experience in top-tier consultancy.

· E2E experience with strategy and transformation projects in consumer products and retail distribution.

· Successful experience in a matrixed organization.

· Strong background in strategy and transformation consultancy.
