Director – Country Lead – Digital Strategy

My client is a hyper-growth strategy consultancy born-digital founded on the principle of serving the need for improved digital strategies and operations with an approach that is just as pragmatic, agile, and results-oriented as a digital business.

They are looking for talented individuals to join the growth of their first German office in Munich, who possess the right mix of top tier consulting experience, strong data-driven strategy skills, a digital-first mindset, and powerful entrepreneurial drive.

The primary objective of a Digital Director is to come in and take up an immediate hands-on role within the business during the beginning stages of its growth. You will be delivering on key projects and help guide new talent coming in.

A successful candidate will have the ability to work across multiple industries with significant experience working with clients to develop a strategic vision and blueprint.

Individuals should have the following:

• Experience within a top-tier strategy house.
• Worked directly with C-level execs helping to build and drive strategy.
• A keen interest in Data Science, AI, IoT, and emerging technologies.
• MA from a top University. (MBA preferred)
