Engagement Manager will be part of core team, working closely with not only the Directors and Consultants but also network of Specialists. The Engagement Manager is responsible for the delivery of high quality CDD advice on transactions to Private Equity clients, providing strategic guidance and operational insights that add value to the business beyond the deal. The Engagement Manager will also play a pivotal role in managing client portfolio, contributing to strategy and carrying out business development. This role offers the successful candidate a real opportunity to work at a strategic level within an entrepreneurial environment.
Project management – manage the delivery of entire projects as assigned to you, delivering several programmes of work concurrently including the generation of commercially relevant insight, research and analysis; communicate timelines and work schedules clearly to colleagues; undertake end of project reviews communicating clear learning outcomes.
Reporting – take responsibility for delivering reports on and/ or document findings, key conclusions and recommendations clearly and concisely, liaising with Consultants as required, ensuring content quality at all times.
Client relations – act as the first point of contact for clients, contribute to client portfolio and network of industry contacts, maintaining regular contact with the view of developing future opportunities and business; resolve queries and issues as they arise.
Leadership – manage internal teams and resources with other senior members of the team to ensure the delivery of high quality work within deadlines, as well as working closely with colleagues to share knowledge, expertise and experience; actively input into vision and strategy.
Business development – pro-actively identify new business opportunities, developing relationships, and represent the Company at industry and networking events; represent and advocate the business at all opportunities; work with the Directors to execute the business plan.
Growth and development – Take a pro-active approach to your own personal development as well as team development, including acting as mentor for Consultants and Senior Consultants assigned to you.
