Location: Remote & UK (Several possible locations)
Salary: GBP 90-130K base salary + Bonus + Benefits

We are partnered with a leading global consultancy who are currently building a new and dedicated cloud practice. They are now looking to hire an integration architect.
General skills
- 10+ years relevant work experience leading integration architecture and delivery as part of complex transformation for major companies on key technologies
- Proven experience as integration architect and delivery lead in complex transformation programme from strategy through to execution:
- Integration strategy and architecture
- Integration design (service catalog, High Level Design, Low Level Design)
- Agile / iterative delivery
- API and ecosystem management
- Operational management of integration including performance, security and monitoring
- Proven track record to shape and lead large multidisciplinary teams
- Proven experience to manage senior stakeholders including C suite, Director / head of practices.
Architecture and design skills
- Proven track record to define solutions leveraging data and integration to address complex strategic, business and technical problematics
- Experienced is leading the designing North Star strategic architecture, roadmap and transition states addressing business, technology and people aspects.
- Proven track record to interact with the business to influence and inform the technology enabled strategy and its application
- Experienced in developing technology strategy for large scale multi platform, multi domain transformation
- Expertise and proven track record to shape leading E2E cross platform modular architecture considering business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, security and other non functional aspects dimensions
- Ability to operate within multidisciplinary diverse teams to deliver high quality products and solutions, within architecture function and within larger transformation team
- Ability to drive and enforce continuity & traceability of information – across diverse stakeholders – throughout the transformation stages and therefore delivering fit for purpose solutions in line with strategic objectives.

- Proven and field tested architectural design skills and ability to discuss the merits and trade-offs of using any particular design approach and technology

- Holistic understanding of the E2E solution to develop and manage a coherent integration service catalogue (reusability and governance)
- Advanced technical knowledge of the leading integration patterns and protocols
- Governance and operational management of integration leveraging DevSecOps (CICD, container, etc)
- Performance, scalability and security and other non functional requirements
- Complete understanding of solution, data & security aspects influencing integration designs:
- Solution: E2E solution architecture, business process, data flow, SaaS and other type of Cloud and On premise applications
- Data: Enterprise data model, data modeling, Master data management
- Security: data normalization, secured perimeter, Identity and Access Management, Role Based Access Control, encryption / decryption
- Vast knowledge of integration vendor landscape
- Hands on experience and certifications for several key player(s) including Mulesoft, Google Apigee, Informatica, Openshift and Hyperscaler integration solutions (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Proven track records and ideally certifications on key leading architecture and integration standards (e.g. TOGAF), delivery standards (e.g. SaFe, Scrum, etc)
- Drive and support the internal growth of the strategy and architecture capabilities
- Act as role model to enable junior resources development
- Multiple experience in fluid environments delivering complex solutions in Agile and iterative delivery models.
- Multi industry expertise with experiences across Tier 1 companies
- Experiences across one or more industries including Energy & Utilities, Retail and Consumer, Telecommunications Media and technology, Finance
