Management Consultant: Contact Centre (AWS Connect)

In keeping with the advances across digital transformation and customer experience, one of our purpose-driven clients is growing their Contact Centre Consulting practice. As a key business partner, Salt is accordingly positioned to introduce experienced AWS Connect Consultants to one of the industry’s fastest growing practices!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing towards the fiscal and strategic growth of the practice, through securing AWS Connect transformation opportunities.
  • Designing AWS Contact Centre solutions and managing the delivery thereof.
  • Professionally cultivating internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Required skills and experience:

  • Consistent record of Consulting experience, which includes delivering Amazon Connect solutions (within B2C or B2B).
  • AWS Associate Certification.
  • Robust knowledge of Enterprise Contact Centres and CRM platforms.
  • Proven experience in building call flows and IVR trees.
  • Good command of technical skills specific to cloud telephony.
  • Client oriented with a sincerely professional interest in enhancing customer and employee experience.
