As a key business partner, Salt is accordingly positioned to introduce experienced AWS Connect Consultants to one of the industry’s fastest growing practices!
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing towards the fiscal and strategic growth of the practice, through securing AWS Connect transformation opportunities.
- Designing AWS Contact Centre solutions and managing the delivery thereof.
- Professionally cultivating internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Required skills and experience:
- Consistent record of Consulting experience, which includes delivering Amazon Connect solutions (within B2C or B2B).
- AWS Associate Certification.
- Robust knowledge of Enterprise Contact Centres and CRM platforms.
- Proven experience in building call flows and IVR trees.
- Good command of technical skills specific to cloud telephony.
- Client oriented with a sincerely professional interest in enhancing customer and employee experience.
