Management Consultant – Insurance

Through a strategic partnership Salt is helping a Global Management Consulting firm with growing their Transformation practice. This is an exciting opportunity for you, if you are an experienced whilst developing Consultant who has delivered on business transformation assignments in Insurance. As a part of this team, you will benefit from consulting to top clients whilst developing transformational expertise within the Insurance industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Transformation projects, from the discovery stage through to providing post implementation support.
• Creating competitive presentations and extending support to seniors who focus on client materials.
• Contributing towards business solutions to address critical challenges and/ or optimization plans for clients.

Required skills and experience:

• Transformation, change, or process improvement experience in a Consulting or Industry capacity, specific to the Insurance industry.
• Experience in delivering across complex and large Transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience in either Operational improvement, or Revenue enhancement/distribution strategy experience, or Technology enabled change projects.
• A commendable understanding of the Insurance industry.
