Manager (Management Consulting): Banking Transformation
A reputable client of ours who continues to maintain a competitive market position is hiring a competent leader who has consulted to Commercial or Retail Banking clients. Your consulting experience should be complemented by strategy operationalisation and transformation of customer experience. You will benefit from engaging with top-tier clients whilst consulting on significant transformation projects, which will leverage your technology and functional expertise in cloud and digital practices.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing important relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.

Participating in the generation of new projects for the team.

Instrumentally directing the end solutions and ensuring timeous communication to respective stakeholders and customers along the continuum of the project.

Developing and delivering business architecture for Banking clients.

Strategically guiding projects and managing project resources and providing career coaching.
Required skills and experience:
- At least 4 years of Financial Services Consulting (Banking) experience.

Excellent command of business transformation, process design, operating model design, and cost reduction.

Prior experience in leading technology driven business transformations for Commercial or Retail Banks.

Competent in leading Consulting project teams in an Agile manner and managing project deliverables across various workstreams.

Adept at maintaining client relationships and leading conversations on Banking transformation matters.

Knowledge of core banking products inclusive of commercial or consumer lending.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to strategically offer solutions.
