Operating Model Consultant

We are currently working on a fantastic new opportunity with elite, digitally driven consultancy who are building out their enterprise strategy team. You will be part of a tightly connected, and experienced sector team, driving meaningful change to top-tier clients across sector.

Expertise in business strategy and organisational design/ operating model design is desired, with a preference for individuals with a consultancy background.

Role Expectations:

• Liaising with board and Stakeholders, using, communication and stakeholder management skills to support your clients and innovate and develop new strategies.
• Building new client relationships, working closely to design and implementing new business and operating models.
• Getting involved in the internal running of the enterprise strategy team.

Must have

• At least 2 years’ experience within consultancy, or at a matrixed organisation.
• Understanding around business transformation, with a preference for someone with operating model and organisation design experience.
• Exposure strategy and transformation projects in any sector.
