Senior Manager – Strategic Partnership

Salt is pleased to work with one of the global leaders in Management Consulting as they grow the alliance with their Strategic Technology Partner and cloud solution provider.

This opportunity extends to working closely with a broad range of senior internal and external stakeholders in order to manage and grow the alliance, design and execute the overall strategy, deliver the sales targets and goals and have a measurable impact on the market.

Highly motivated and passionate about business growth, Senior Manager will be an active member of the Business Development team within the Sales and Marketing function, bringing expertise in building relationships with Strategic Partners as well as engaging business and sector teams in sales.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Alliance Director, Business Leader, internal delivery and marketing teams, as well as the Strategic Partner to build and successfully execute the alliance strategy.
  • Coordinate, execute and measure the impact of sales activities, project pipelines, marketing, sales and business development campaigns.
  • Contribute to the building the partner ecosystem knowledge internally in order to grow synergies and identify joint sales opportunities.
  • Grow and strengthen the relationship with the Strategic partner through building a personal network, creating opportunities and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Deliver a regular status reporting to overall the top management of the organisation and other stakeholders.

Required skills and experience:

  • Management Consulting experience with a proven track record of driving value with one or multiple cloud, networking and internet services providers, such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google etc.
  • Good knowledge of related technologies with an ability to translate it into sales propositions to clients.
  • Perfect understanding of the market, competitor landscape and partner ecosystem.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with an ability to confidently manage and grow the alliance, build trust and translate ideas into actions.
  • Commercial acumen, with excellent communication and facilitation skills with an ability to deliver excellent client service through sales process.
