Develop creative and technical judgement – strive for the best work every time

Craft briefs which inspire and motivate the creative teams and ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Manage and deliver multiple projects for various accounts to agreed scope, timings, budget and quality

Work with internal teams to help define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for projects

Work extremely closely with the client to assist in documenting their technical and business requirements and then define and deliver appropriate solutions

Assist in the budgeting and assessing of the most appropriate third-party partners and suppliers.

Experience required
Significant experience in professional client relationship management

The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level

Experience of proposal writing, project scoping, budgeting and timeline planning

Experience in delivering world-class digital solutions across multiple platforms

Experience in managing both design and production teams

Skilled Needed

Solid experience running a sizeable account and team at a mid-sized agency

Sound technical knowledge across all digital channels and formats including web build, social platforms, video, etc (AR and VR bonuses).

Exceptional time and project management

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Creative and strategic thinking

Ability to motivate and excite the team
