Account Director – Award winning brand agency

An award winning multi-disciplinary brand design agency based in London, are looking for an experienced Account Director. Our client is a medium-sized, collaborative and rapidly growing Design agency.

Overseeing and ensuring smooth supervision of multiple major accounts along with some smaller exciting one-off projects. You will be reporting into the Client Services Director, as well as working alongside the two founders, and the design team.

You will be looking after a number of high-profile drinks brands as well as leading on an international tobacco (inc. vaping and traditional cigarettes) client, predominantly working on their harm reduction portfolio.

As an Account director you will be assigning projects to all members of the senior management team, working in cohesion with the Design Directors to ensure smooth running of workflow, as well as forecasting budget with the financial team for upcoming quarters.

Enthusiasm and expertise in brand identity, retail campaigns, customer activations and 3D environments is a must. A proven track record in financial management and all work associated with managing projects.

Must be able to create strong, genuine, relationships with all clients to ensure trust and loyalty. Identifying issues as they arise to ensure minimal impact on client relationship.
