An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and commercially minded Account Director to join a Content agency based in London Bridge who are experiencing substantial growth.
A small but might agency who work with some of the biggest brands in the world, working on projects that include film, photography, animation, strategy and design. You’ll see their work on websites, on billboards, on social media and on TV.
They are looking for someone with a client-first approach – Someone who thinks like a client, who can walk alongside them (lots of face time, coffees, chats), understand their commercial imperatives and business needs and give them confidence in the companies solutions.
You’ll need to have a proven track record in building rich, long-term client partnerships with senior decision makers and developing a deep understanding of their business structure, goals and requirements.
The role comes with commercial accountability, driving client growth and profitability, monitoring client satisfaction, leading client negotiation and ensuring delivery of contractual obligations.
The Must Haves:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can truly lead a team. Able to comfortably contribute to the high-level growth of the business as part of the Senior Management Team.
Must be able keep the day-to-day account management running smoothly, whilst also being proactively pitching to clients based on a thorough and passionate understanding of who they are and what they care about.
