My client is a global Brand and Communication agency known for their passion about developing creative ideas for their clients, then launching these into award winning campaigns to help transform the reputation of brands. Their team have a wealth of experience across Retail, Branding, Communications, B2B and Corporate Businesses, and are looking to expand their current offering in these areas.

They’re looking for an experience Account Director to join their team and take the helm in the strategic and tactical development of their TTL campaigns, experiential/ brand activations, and pioneer their content plans to deliver memorable & impactful brand narratives across their major accounts.

The agency are known for driving multi-channel campaigns so the ideal candidate will have experience curating content across all the major channels, including digital, visual and video across the retail, B2B and tech sectors.

About the role:

  • You’ll be heading up the concept, development, and deployment for content campaigns across the UK and international markets.
  • You’ll be driving innovative thinking in terms of placing and programming publicity across a range of media platforms.
  • Work closely with existing and new clients to come up with comms programs that support their brands and products positioning
  • Arrange and attend all public media events, preparing clear and concise briefing materials for all stakeholders involved.
  • You’ll be managing a team of AEs – SAMs, so use your experience to build, guide, and nurture their development.
  • You’ll be managing big budget accounts, so experience working with high- profile clients is key
  • Keeping a keen eye out for new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.

About you:

  • You’ll be a passionate Account Director with proven experience of successful comms campaigns for big brands
  • You’ll be well immersed into today’s culture, and fully plugged into the latest trends with a network of media influencers across traditional and social channels.
  • Agency experience is a must – you’ll be joining a client services team of 100+ across numerous accounts, so will preferably thrive in a high pace environment.
  • You’ll have experience in organising and managing media events, interviews and brand activations.
  • You’ll be a natural at managing multiple workflows at once, being both reactive and proactive simultaneously.
  • Pristine negotiation, presentation and time management skills
