And we are on the hunt for an experienced Account Director to join us!
You are articulate, confident and eager to join a friendly, collaborative and growing design agency.
You will be overseeing and ensuring the smooth management of a significant piece of business in our studio. As a medium sized agency, you will be reporting into the Client Services Director as well as working alongside the two founders, and the design team.
You will take the lead on an international tobacco client, predominantly working on their harm reduction portfolio to start with. Experience in the tobacco industry would be beneficial. However, willingness to work in the sector (including vaping and combustibles) is a must.
There may also be opportunities to work on one of our numerous alcohol clients, so experience in this sector would also be useful.
Naturally confident and strategic, you will have bags of enthusiasm and expertise across brand identity, retail campaigns, customer activations and 3D environments – including the coordination of all associated work and project financial management. Digital experience would be useful, but not a must.
You will be allocating projects to all the senior management team, working with Design Directors to ensure smooth running of workflow, as well as forecasting budget with the financial team for upcoming quarters. You will also establish strong relationship with all clients to ensure trust and loyalty, identifying issues as they arise to ensure minimal impact on client relationship.
