And we are on the hunt for an experienced Account Director to join us!


You are articulate, confident and eager to join a friendly, collaborative and growing design agency.

You will be overseeing and ensuring the smooth management of a significant piece of business in our studio. As a medium sized agency, you will be reporting into the Client Services Director as well as working alongside the two founders, and the design team.

You will take the lead on an international tobacco client, predominantly working on their harm reduction portfolio to start with. Experience in the tobacco industry would be beneficial. However, willingness to work in the sector (including vaping and combustibles) is a must.

There may also be opportunities to work on one of our numerous alcohol clients, so experience in this sector would also be useful.

Naturally confident and strategic, you will have bags of enthusiasm and expertise across brand identity, retail campaigns, customer activations and 3D environments – including the coordination of all associated work and project financial management. Digital experience would be useful, but not a must.

You will be allocating projects to all the senior management team, working with Design Directors to ensure smooth running of workflow, as well as forecasting budget with the financial team for upcoming quarters. You will also establish strong relationship with all clients to ensure trust and loyalty, identifying issues as they arise to ensure minimal impact on client relationship.

The job offers high levels of responsibility; you must be a real go-getter, use your initiative and be extremely resourceful in finding solutions, and have a passion for the creative industry as we’re a creative bunch!



  • Brilliant communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation (writing and delivery)
  • Outstanding project and time management ability with excellent attention to detail in all areas
  • Ability to plan and manage creative projects from brief to delivery
  • Ability to liaise with directors – highlighting opportunities for growth, and where support is required
  • High design literacy, showing excellent ability to appraise and evaluate design work, and be articulate in selling / explaining it
  • Strong financial, team management and development skills
  • Effective creative team liaison
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high pressure environment


  • 5+ years’ experience at brand-led creative agency
  • Proven strategic experience, including strategic presentations (brand and communication strategy)
  • Proven integrated experience delivering projects across branding, design, print and digital
  • End to end job management from brief to final implementation
  • Development and delivery of agency processes / quality control systems
  • Multi-level client liaison and relationship development
  • Management of large budgets and financial analysis / forecasting
  • Management of team members
  • Proven ability to deliver organic growth
