  • Interrogating and conveying marketing briefs effectively to ensure Kindred creative teams develop compelling strategic and creative responses. Overseeing campaign timelines making sure all activity is captured within the relevant deadlines and that progress is kept on track – supporting with the planning and resourcing of the team workload. Delivers plans within budget, identifying initiatives to improve cost efficiency.
  • Supporting the wider team in the planning, design, development, and delivery of direct and channel marketing programmes to achieve brand and channel objectives. Builds strong relationships across the business with key stakeholders enabling provision of guidance, advice, and challenge. Supports relationships between Kindred and other creative agencies to deliver creative excellence that is aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Supporting the development of internal processes to effectively support and maximise impact from campaigns briefed into Kindred. Implements, and monitors adherence to, agreed processes to ensure that all communications developed by the team are compliant with the relevant codes and regulations. Manages time wisely each day – mindful of meetings and deadlines. Shaping and following agreed processes and ways of working withing the team.
  • In depth technical knowledge of channel deliverable specifications including print, (posters & in branch literature, OOH, and press ads), email, direct mail, mobile app, website assets, social content, and Google Ads (Discovery & Performance Max) to ensure effective delivery of campaign assets.
  • Supporting the development of strong, creative propositions and compelling campaigns that are built on genuine customer insight. Working closely with the other teams to maintain a comprehensive market and consumer knowledge.
  • Keeping a look out for great work outside of the company and shares it with the wider team. Ensures development and maintenance of detailed brand and channel knowledge within self and the team, to facilitate strict adherence to regulatory policy.

  • Where appropriate, supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned team members, ensuring their individual and collective performance meets the required standard, contributing to their development and providing ongoing support. Otherwise, acts as a functional specialist in a particular area.
