Job Title: Full Service Creative Agency – Account Manager

Function: Brand & Advertising

Location: Shoreditch – Hybrid working (Wednesdays from home)

6 month FTC – up to £35k pro-rata

I am working with a trendy full service creative agency who is looking to bring on a confident and capable Account Manager to support the Group Account Director and Client Services Director.

This is a busy role, working on a number of sizeable projects, so thriving under pressure and a hunger to learn are both key to success.

Your primary client will be an international tobacco client. Experience in this category would be beneficial but not mandatory. However, willingness to work on tobacco (including vaping and combustibles) is a must.

Naturally confident, you will have bags of enthusiasm. We are looking for someone with experience across brand identity, retail campaigns, customer activations and 3D environments – including the coordination of all associated work and project financial management.

You will be working with Design Directors to ensure smooth running of workflow. You will also establish strong relationships with all clients to ensure trust and loyalty, identifying issues as they arise to ensure minimal impact on client relationship.

SKILLS

• Brilliant communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation (writing and delivery)
• Outstanding project and time management ability with excellent attention to detail in all areas
• Ability to plan and manage creative projects from brief to delivery
• Ability to liaise with directors – highlighting opportunities for growth, and where support is required
• High design literacy, showing excellent ability to appraise and evaluate design work, and be articulate in selling / explaining it
• Strong financial, team management and development skills
• Effective creative team liaison
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high pressure environment

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years’ experience at brand-led creative agency
• Proven integrated experience delivering projects across branding, design, print and digital
• End to end job management from brief to final implementation
• Multi-level client liaison and relationship development
• Management of large budgets
