Associate Director- Healthcare | 2 Months | Pharmaceutical experience

An opportunity has become available for a 2-month contract as an Associate Director to work remotely for a global communications agency. Currently delivering large scale complex integrated campaigns, global corporate comms and strategic planning for leading pharmaceutical and public health care companies, our client is in need of an excellent decision maker, someone who can shape the division by leading marketing activity and collaborating with other agency departments to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the team and roster of clients
• Providing strategic support to the Company Directors
• Working across client strategies
• Implementing and executing accordingly
• Provide counsel to clients
• Taking client business objectives and develop a linear and cohesive communication strategy that reflect those business objectives
• Managing multi-channel global comms projects
• Build excellent relationships with clients that keep them coming back

• Approach internal communications projects with creativity
• Respond to performance targets: Sales, Margin, Quality and Innovation
• Devise and implement client growth strategy
• Consult and advise on Employee Communication projects and strategy
• Present at Board level and speak at conferences
• Brief and direct Account Managers on new business proposals and project needs
