Creative Producer

Freelance Creative Producer | ASAP Start | 6 month + extensions | London or Amsterdam based

This is an exciting opportunity to join a household name the entertainment industry, on a freelance basis. This role is to start ASAP and they are happy with someone based either in London or Amsterdam.

We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join a thriving team, working primarily on promotional assets.

About the role:

You will be working as a part of the Creative team who craft awesome advertising assets, trailers and artwork.

What you will be doing:

• Updating deadlines, assets, milestones, and partners on project management tools.
• Developing and delivering a disciplined approach to working with internal creative teams and external agencies.
• Maintaining existing and developing systems & processes that amplifies the team members’ productivity.
• Liaise with Marketing, Content and Research partners to assist in building strategic positioning for every title on service.
• Source required information, review and provide feedback, oversee successful delivery.
• Effectively manage and coordinate delivery of materials to external creative agencies.
• Daily project management of a suite of creative assets for titles, including managing creative timelines, providing feedback with internal teams and external agencies.
• Update deadlines, assets, milestones, and partners on project management tools and trackers to maintain consistency and ensure concise delivery of assets.

About you:

• Strong previous experience in leading creative development and implementation of AV assets, copywriting and imagery.
• Proficient in English, additional languages are an advantage.
• Exceptional organisation skills.
• Disciplined approach to project management
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Passion for entertainment is a big bonus
• Proactive and resourceful self-starter
• Previous experience using metrics and testing for creative support
