Digital Senior Account Manager

A leading branding and strategy agency is looking to expand its client services team on a permanent basis.

They’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an already perm SAM looking to specialise in the digital space or the perfect chance for a freelancer to start with the intention of putting down roots and making them their permanent home!

About the Role :

• Managing client relationships and delivering on digital campaigns + projects.
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients to discuss their problems and how you can troubleshoot these to find a solution with them.
• Working with the wider client services team to pitch and help win new business for the agency.
• An integral part of this role is the management of projects in terms of financials, forecasts, budgets and billing schedules.You will help ensure these are accurate billing and profitable margins.
• Working with the creative + design team to engage, inspire and ensure the clients briefs are being fulfilled.

About You:

• They’re looking for someone who is hardworking and an enthusiastic professional who will roll up their sleeves, get involved and deliver to time and on brief.

• This is an an extremely client facing role so you should be comfortable liaising with stakeholders, third parties and existing teams in the agency.
• You’ll have a solid background of leading digital projects, from start to finish.
• You will want to mentor and lead more junior members of the team
• You will be dynamic, organise and have the innate ability to keep calm under pressure
