Freelance Creative Project Manager

Freelance Project Manager | Monthly rolling contract |

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well known lifestyle brand with a global presence.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in working with both agency and brand teams. They are looking for someone to provide a clear process structure for 3 teams in the business, streamline processes and champion the client’s value.

About the role:

• Understand and evaluate current processes to identify any gaps or improvements that could be made
• Work closely with the design teams to drive delivery of the final creative solution
• Defining critical success factors and tracking of overall KPIs to confirm delivery
• Evaluating decisions and visuals against customer need
• Managing stakeholder sign-off
• Using a Design Thinking approach and based on observations and analysis of processes, document and propose a new optimised end to end process including: timelines, milestones, deliverables, owners and interdependencies
• Diligently use Smartsheet, Excel and PowerPoint amonsgt other Project Management tools

About you:

• Ideally, you will have a BA degree in either Business Management or Design Thinking
• Previous experience in a previous lifestyle/e-commerce brand would be beneficial
• You will be a hyper organised Project Manager who enjoys being in a role with lots of autonomy
• You’ll have the innate ability to deal with senior stakeholders and maintain appropriate reporting
• You’ll have a deep understanding of design and design processes
• Demonstrated ability to leverage insights and analytics to set creative strategy
• You’ll have excellent communication skills and have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
