Freelance Experience Lead

Freelance Experience Strategist | ASAP Start | 4-6 weeks | Outside IR35

We’re looking for an Experience Strategist to join our remote project team to help envision and guide the future digital experience for a luxury hospitality brand that’s extending into lifestyle and e-commerce.

About the the role:

• We are looking to redesign the website due to the exciting brand extension into retail
• The project is 4-6 weeks for phase I followed by a sprint of digital design work which will be completed in-house.
• Phase I is to co-create ‘Jobs to be done’ and set out recommendations to inform design evolution based on (new) category benchmark, customer (light) and desk research.

Who are you:

• You will have a solid background of CX strategy experience, insights and design recommendations
• A user champion, highly proficient in user-centered strategy and insight-driven design thinking
• Able to translate the abstract and complex concepts into simple, practical and innovative solutions that frame clear opportunities for how brands connect with their customers every day
• A keen collaborator and catalyst, able to create strategies and deliverables that provide perspective, inspire innovation, and drive decisions and outcomes
• With a passion for the power of brands, and an understanding for how they create moments that elevate their promise and inform stronger customer connections
• 5+ years experience in similar client side/client-facing roles
