Contract UX Project Manager | ASAP Start | Dublin based

An opportunity has become available for a contract Contract UX Project Manager for a global brand, based in Dublin.

They are looking to bring someone on board who can oversee their UX Design community; deftly managing a full team of designers, researchers, developers and digital/information architects. You will be leading the team to deliver seamless and emotionally engaging end-to-end user experiences to delight customer and help improve the experience of their website.

They are looking for someone who is passionate, innovative and can constructively challenge legacy decisions and design standards to propel them to to the top of their industry.

The role is available ASAP and who suit someone who is ready to make a long term committment and eventually convert to a permanent role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Utilising strong communication negotiation, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Transforming intricate business needs into useful solutions that are easy to learn and efficient to use, meeting the exact needs of the user with simplicity and elegance
• Design for end-to-end user journeys
• Influencing stakeholders and senior leaders
• Responsible for backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories
• Gather requirements that involves integration with 3rd party tools and APIs
• Responsible for backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories

About You:

• Experienced in Digital Experience platform and multi-lingual sites preferably built on Sitecore
• Experienced in gathering and documenting functional and business requirements specifications in form of user stories
• Experienced in communicating with project’s product owners and business users
• Experienced in scheduling sessions with project team and product owners to explain the core requirements and user stories
• Strong knowledge of design thinking, gaining experience in design with rationale and design critique
• You will be a natural problem solver and enjoy turning problems into elegant solutions
• An excellent relationship builder, communicator and negotiator.
• Experience in finance and/or SaaS

• Remote, working with the Dublin team
