Perhaps you have been working in a creative studio as a design assistant?
– or –
Maybe you have recently completed a design-related degree and are looking to make your step into the exciting world of digital design?
– or –
You might be a junior designer that has decided you’re less interested in creating, and more interested in the operations behind a successful digital product
– or –
Maybe you’re none of the above, you just have a proven love for digital design in particular, have a bit of studio/office support experience!
The role:
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the Digital Experience team
- Be available as a central point of contact for the team, responding to and resolving questions, issues and business problems to help the department run efficiently
- Supporting the day-to-day resourcing of work and projects across the team as well as long-term planning
- Supporting the smooth running of the design community of practice activities and events
- Building and maintain productive, collaborative relationships with external partners and suppliers
- Fostering connectivity across cross-functional teams through building positive working relationships and nurturing community network
- Maintaining consistently high standards
- Taking ownership for your tasks and constantly seeking to improve your performance
- Building positive and productive relationships with designers, stakeholders and partners
You:
- Experience working with or the desire to work with digital designers in a creative environment
- Know the principles of strong account, studio and project management skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project Management Tools and Software
- Experience or knowledge of Design Operations, Studio Management, Production, Project Management, Creative Services, Event Management, Studio Management and/or Human Resources
- Great communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment where excellence in delivery is paramount
- Experience of working across multiple priorities whilst being able to maintain a high standard of attention to detail with clarity of communication
