process manager

We are looking for a Process Manager who has strong experience optimizing complex processes and has fun with it!

The Process Manager will define, evaluate and optimize the creative processes both within the Digital Creative Services team and in the wider organisation while ensuring the efficiency of business and creative operations. They will generate process documentation and templates, will forecast expected results of process changes, analyze implemented changes, and will ensure teams adoption and make further adjustments to workflow, schedules or other processes as needed.

Our aim is to ensure that the creative processes we establish within Digital Creative Standards bring effectiveness and transparency for all the departments that interact with creator partners.

The role will be working initially to define the processes for Digital Creative Standards Task 5 – Digital Creative Briefing, Task 6 – Retrospective and Feedback Process and Task 7 – Guidance Calendar Process

What kind of profile are we looking for:

• Needs to be team player, very good communicator, excellent in managing a wide range of senior stakeholders, 7 Year + Experience

What experience & skills we are aiming for

• Solid knowledge of wide range of business processes, experience in creative processes considered a plus.
• Effective leader that can implement interdepartmental processes with multiple stakeholders
• Solid experience in Lean Six Sigma, with developing and designing documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures.
• Proven record of effectiveness in reducing process errors, improving process results and saving costs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to effectively and efficiently interact with associates and senior management team.
• Ability to bridge strategic, tactical and operational business concepts and developments by applying an end-to-end Global mindset
• Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
