This is an amazing opportunity to join the creative studio of one Europe’s largest retail brands as a Production Assistant. You’ll get to work on an incredible variety of creative projects, managing the flow of traffic through the studio and ensuring work is produced on brief and on time.

We are looking for a confident and personable individual who possesses strong project management and relationship building skills. Production Assistant experience within a fast-paced creative environment is a must.

About the role:

• Support the Creative Production Manager with the workload and traffic management of the studio
• Review all incoming briefs, ensuring they are up to standard
• Engage and build strong relationship with a wide variety of stakeholders. From brief owner to designer, ensuring progress is monitored and kept on top of is essential
• Responsible for keeping all technology and work-flow tools up to date and ensuring projects are allocated in order of priority and to the correct team

About you:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Experience of Studio Management and workflow
• Attention to detail
• Experience tracking priorities and being flexible to the high pace nature of retail
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in studio trafficking within a large fast-paced studio
• Strong skills on Microsoft Office
