Project Manager – Consumer Brand

One of the global leaders in FMCG consumer brand names are on the lookout for an innovative, talented and experienced Project Manager to join their advertising and creative function, working closely with the Resourcing team and the Account Manager. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most high profile, large scale campaigns that this company undertakes, so it is imperative that you enjoy a fast-paced, high performing environment.

You will have the chance to manage a portfolio of projects (typically about five at a time), and work with both consulting partners and internal delivery teams, and senior stakeholders across the company, acting as the liaison between the business and the creative + design teams.

Senior Project Manager – Responsibilities

• Managing and communicating decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to the appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests and projects and initiatives
• Establishing and executing a project communication plan
• Successfully run and deliver a number of projects concurrently
• Monitoring and tracking project and programme milestones and deliverables
• Work closely with Print/TV and Digital Producers to deliver successful integrated campaigns
• Agreeing project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Reviewing and updating project and programme delivery standards
• Identifying, reviewing, or selecting vendors or consultants to meet project and programme needs
• Proactively sharing knowledge of job reporting to the Head of Design to ensure all projects are running on time and on budget

Senior Project Manager – Requirements

• Significant experience as a Project Manager in an integrated or digital agency
• Excellent client facing and client engagement skills
• Strong background in delivering campaigns across multiple platforms
• Previous experience in budget management, scheduling reporting, resourcing and production services
• The ability to be commercially and financially conscious when managing delivery
• Fluent in both English and German languages
• This tole is based onsite with the client in Heidelberg, Germany
