This is a fantastic opportunity: to join an innovative brand design agency who work with global FMCG clients such as Coca Cola and Nestle. Creative projects range from online, social and print campaigns for a variety of clients.

We are looking for: an enthusiastic and ambitious Senior Account Executive who has exceptional communication skills and can build excellent relationships with clients. Ideally you will have experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency.

About the role:

• Support the SAM and AM on a range of clients, focusing on content creation, project management, creative campaigns, reporting and integrated projects
• Produce, online, social and print content for multi-channel campaigns.
• Planning, executing, and measuring paid social media campaigns across a variety of platform
• Support the team on creative and adaptive design briefs
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring all items out the door are correct to brief before the client sees them
• General support for Client Services team (estimating, internal system maintenance, project plans and billing)
• Involvement in brainstorms for creative, digital and campaign briefs/ pitches
• Review and monitor competitor brands in similar communities.

About you:

• Ability to drive multiple projects forward at once including campaigns, events, and social content, on budget and to meet client expectations
• Strong interest in all areas of digital, including social, paid social, website design, CMS and CRM
• Excellent writing and communication skills, able to work copy with the relevant tone of voice to suit differing audiences
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of native scheduling and reporting through Facebook and Twitter Experience with working on social media for a is highly beneficial
