Senior Account Manager

Greater London Contract / 3 months £40000 - £45000 per annum

I’m working with an integrated, boutique branding agency who are on the lookout for a top senior account manager.

This is a fabulous opportunity for an SAM to join and embrace a pivotal role in driving the business forward. Working with a range of B2B/B2C clients, established and start up, you will be part of a collaborative creative process.

We’re looking for someone who’s hard working, committed, professional, good with people and who will do whatever it takes to get the project handed over successfully.

You will be given the freedom to think creatively and grow alongside the team. The role will be predominantly managing the existing client base alongside managing a network of suppliers but also developing new business, content creation and social media. You will need the start-up mentality of all hands-on deck.

We’re looking to build an in-studio culture and capture the moments of creativity that come from in person relationships. A culture that we pass on to our clients through our personable, consultative account management style. The role would be office based for initial training but then open to remote working moving forward. Founded by two best friends, we have a real passion for the work we do but equally value time for inspiration and the social side essential to the creative sector.

Salary between £40-45k with bonuses on the account growth


  • Keeping clients updated on progress reports, writing up contact reports, following meetings and agreed actions
  • Liaising with third parties including creatives, suppliers and businesses
  • Establish an enthusiastic and professional relationship with clients
  • Drive the positive external profile of the agency
  • Assist with the creation of pitch materials, gathering content and supporting pitches
  • Key contact on projects for the internal team, clients, new business and suppliers
  • Creating proposals and briefs for project scope and deliverables
  • Preparing and managing timelines and budgets
  • Managing project process from ideas through to completion across a multitude of disciplines
  • Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships
  • Contributing and presenting pitches and development
  • Managing client workshops (with a lead from Strategic Creative Director) and taking responsibility for note taking/status reporting
