Senior Account Manager/Account Director

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager to join our talented Client Services Department. We would expect that this person would be on the cusp of an Account Director so looking for someone who is ready to take that step up. This will be managed internally with a view of reaching that AD role within 3-6 months based on performance.

The Opportunity

You’ll work with one of our biggest clients! Your primary responsibility will be:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of one of our largest clients – partnering with the client.
  • Driving the strategy.
  • Bringing creative excellence in delivery of everything we do.
  • Managing the forecast and overall financial acumen
  • Build strong client relationships that are open and mutually beneficial, enabling you to be a hugely valued contributor within our clients marketing plan.

Our role is to lead our client’s strategy that sits across DM, Email, Facebook, Content, Thought-leadership, Video and Display. To do this, you’ll get to know:

  • Their target customer inside out – working to uncover new insights from data, the market and the client team.
  • To create innovative, exciting and award-winning campaigns that attract our new consumers.

You’ll be directly supported by an Account Executive as well as our insight, technology, planning, creative and operations team to make sure we deliver the highest quality work. Working in collaboration is key to success.

A little bit about you:

As a Senior Account Manager (SAM), you will:

  • Looking for that next step up to AD.
  • Work autonomously on client activity and well within a team also.
  • Work across departments on multiple pieces of activity to develop strategy.
  • Take responsibility for seamless campaign delivery.
  • Support and develop junior members of the team.
  • Be competent in expressing the full agency offering.
  • Will work with your BD and the senior Client Services management team to deliver the client strategy.

Your attention to detail is second to none – accuracy, quality, timeliness and profitability are vital for managing the briefing, scheduling and delivery process.

You can brief creative solutions based on insights and opportunities you’ve helped uncover through working with data teams, creative and planning.
