Senior Producer

A story-led content agency/production house is looking for their new London based Senior Producer, due to rapid growth.

Trusted by brands including Google and Samsung they are pros at bringing stories to life.

They’re a dynamic team, with backgrounds ranging from social and digital to traditional series writing
and film. Collectively have decades of experience in everything from production through to
marketing.

As the Senior Producer, you will be the main advisor on projects and you will work closely with
the Head of Production who will rely on your expertise and your ability to work with the creatives
and the clients themselves.

You will need to autonomously run a team from inception to
completion and be the first point of contact for anything production-related including schedule,
budget, product vision, alignment, client management and team morale.

Day to day;
● Scoping and estimating jobs, managing them from brief to delivery to a high standard
and client’s expectations
● Working closely with account management and the creative team to produce campaigns
● Overseeing the production team (both in-house producers and freelancers)
● Taking charge of our biggest projects
● Responsible for the timelines and financials of projects
● Line management responsibilities

The ideal Senior Producer;
● A genuine love for production, a can-do attitude

● Experience leading a team
● Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
● Autonomous with a sharp eye for detail
● A drive & desire to learn
● Confidence to drive a team to get the best results for a project
● Previous experience as being a Senior Producer on set managing shoots and
post-production
● An understanding of creative software that is related to digital deliverables, video editing
and graphic design
● Practice in leading both corporate and documentary or fiction film productions from
scratch
● Experience managing/mentoring a team of Producers
● Able to create and improve upon processes
