Senior Project Manager

Our client, a large advertising agency, based in the heart of London’s growing creative community, are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to work within the Retail & Experiential Team.

Rooted in digital innovation they provide end-to-end service to their clients from strategic planning, design, production and operations of retail stores . They have partnered with some wonderful clients in Tech, FMCG & Automotive, creating enduring ideas for any marker – and within any medium.

Overall role of Senior Project Manager:

· Independently managing and running/owning larger projects ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.

· Be the key interface between the appropriate Agency disciplines as the main point of contact

· Liaison between Production Manager, Designer, relevant team members and subcontractors

· Ensure all projects are delivered with a highest quality, on-time, within scope, and budget

The Day-to-Day

• Be accountable for the planning, management and delivery of projects
• Oversee project status reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to agreed specification
• Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met
• Arrange regular team meetings and manage communications between team members
• Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
• Manage and coordinate project deliverables with various stakeholders, including Account, Production, external sub-contractors and the clients
• Identify appropriate project resource requirement, work with Production Director and HoD to recruit necessary contractors / specialists where required
• Evaluate the success of the project against project planning
• Maintain and build key relationships with existing managers within the Agency and with existing managers of external contractors
• Collaborate with Digital team to run channel business and projects
• Develop business possibilities with management and Account Director
• Creating a solution for the business and project challenges
