Strategist – CRM, Digital, UX, CX, Product

My client needs two Strategists to join their team based on growing demand with existing and new business.

As an award-winning, customer experience agency in London, their work covers CRM Strategy, Proposition planning, Website development, New Product launches, UX testing and broader strategic work including research focus groups and insight workshops.

As long as you are flexible and adaptable with an eagerness to learn and take your clients on a journey, this is for you. As a mid-sized agency you will take on responsibilities otherwise seen at a Senior level and so being confident and entrepreneurial is key for this role.

Wanting to offer variety in work, you will have access to all key accounts. If you are a specialist in a certain field, for instance CRM, you will be brought in for specific projects as and when required.
