Are you a forward-thinking senior strategist who’s ready to step-up and start bossing it?
Have you got a background in loyalty, content and traditional creative, but recently been more involved in customer experience, service design or UXD?

Working alongside their head of department to sell and respond to a vast array of different services and briefs – from brand strategy and marketing communications to loyalty, content and partnerships – all through the homogenising lens of customer experience and design thinking.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4-5+ years’ experience working in-and-around loyalty programmes, creative agencies, content or social agencies and UX / CX / service design firms.
  • Fresh, visionary thinking and leadership potential, without the pretence.
  • A confident, hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit: The ability to make something out of nothing.
  • Speed and decisiveness: Able to work within tight timeframes and to a high standard – selecting the parts of the process that will deliver maximum value.
  • A good left and right brain; both creative and analytical.
  • Good research capability: fully versed in the latest primary research techniques – particularly those used in experience design.
  • Great creative brief writing skills (you can do single-minded propositions!).
  • The confidence to put together and run great workshops with senior stakeholders
  • The ability to assimilate what you’ve learned into a set of well-designed experience maps and customer journeys (think the classic Adaptive Path diagrams but pushed further)
  • A love of all things social media, tech and innovation.
  • A passion for experience design and design thinking.
  • An agile, test-and-learn mentality. No waterfalls in sight.
  • A sense of humour.

N.B Special points will be awarded to those who can prototype in Axure, Sketch etc.

Whilst we do love a good natter, what we’d really like to see is practical examples of work you’ve done in the areas outlined above. Whether it’s briefs you written, presentations you’ve given or customer journeys you’ve designed. We just want to be inspired by the smashing work we know you’ve been a part of.

Of course, we totally understand that some clients and agencies may be a little sensitive to you sharing work with us. To this end we are happy for you to redact any incriminating evidence at your discretion (names places, dates etc) or sign an NDA at your request.
Alternatively, we are very happy to give you a mock brief to respond to, but don’t want the process to feel like a drag!
