Product Strategy
|
- Works closely with client C Suite, to lead, articulate and set clear product strategy, objectives and roadmaps for their business
- Works closely with internal Programme and Product Directors, to set internal teams Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned with clients desired outcomes
- Develop product strategies off the back of business objectives, complex data structures, research and insights
- Direct strategy and product teams at the start of projects, giving them the historical information and strategies relevant to the client
- Develop a deep understanding of the client landscape, including business strategy, data, budgeting and investment, product and delivery

- Apply change and implementation management methodologies to your client to drive great success of business metric goals
- Communication and application of organisational design practices
- Work alongside a Programme and Product Director to determine the best methods, talent and organisational structures, that support achieving our clients’ growth and improvement metrics

Client Leadership
|
- Leads a multi-million-pound engagement at the C Suite level with our clients. Ensuring the highest quality programme outputs, and results
- Determine how best to achieve client’s goals
- Build deep client relationships and become a critical long term strategic partner
- Act as a point of contact for multiple client stakeholder relationships
- Build a wider network of client relationships
- Build cohesive working relationships with clients alternative 3rd party organisations

Product
|
- Direct internal and Client product teams, and support changes required, and provide ideas and business lead strategies that ensure long term results
- Leads the connection of multiple programme streams to work towards a cohesive output of work and successful outcomes.

Business Development
|
- Play an active role in business development within your account, sourcing new opportunities, preparing proposals and leading sales presentations
- Identify ways in which the agency can support the client in the achievement of its business and communications goals

Communication
|
- Managing and leading client communication
- Clearly present information to senior stakeholders
- Give constructive feedback to all stakeholders to support long term client health
