Content Designer – Up to £70,000

We’re looking for an experienced Content Designer to join us. We’d like to hear from curious, collaborative and business-minded people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, edit, test and improve content across all our platforms.
• Create solutions to complex content design problems that cover multiple end-to-end user journeys.
• Work with UI designers, UX designers, service designers, product owners, researchers and engineers to deliver innovative international products.
• Work on information architecture and the narrative and messaging that spans the platform.
• Help shape the vision and strategy for content design and work with researchers and other designers to identify areas for improvement.
• Advocate for content design within the organisation and drive a content-first approach.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, run feedback sessions and compliance reviews.
• Update and improve the content style guide and library of content design patterns.
• Work with the other Content Designers to develop and maintain standards and ways of working.
• Assure the quality of content from more junior colleagues and critique their work.
• Collaborate with others across the business who work with writing and content to ensure consistency.
