Well I have 1 looking for support around customer success (CS) and digital experience (DX) enablement for their suite of videoconferencing and digital workplace collaboration tools.

Their product suite is also about to undergo a complete re-brand, which further necessitates the need to overhaul their entire suite of CS and DX content.

• Overview of role

  They are seeking an experienced product copywriter for a SaaS vendor or digital workplace solution to act as Digital Experience Copywriters for a 2-3-month gig. Proven experience producing engaging customer facing content is a must, with emphasis on “selling” value, providing clear technical instruction, and encouraging action from end users.

  As a Digital Experience Copywriter, you will be part of a team tasked with planning and executing a large-scale overhaul of their client’s Customer Success (CS) and Digital Experiences (DX) content assets. This will include the branding, design, copy writing and packaging of video, image, GIF, PDF, email, blog, social media and other shareable assets. The primary language will be US English, but the programme of work includes translation into several other languages via their third-party translation service.

Main role:

• Partner with client stakeholders to build strong relationships and become trusted members of their extended team

• Collaborate with the Future Worx Programme Manager and client teams to plan sprints of content production

• Deliver a wide range of creative development and copy writing for a variety of content assets including video scripts, emails, PDFs, blog, and PowerPoint decks

• Liaise with our third-party translation service to translate content from English into a variety of global languages

• Work closely with graphic designers, video producers and other creatives to transform content drafts into beautiful, impactful assets

• Snappy copy writing skills with experience writing concise and to the point communications that help readers to understand and act with minimal cognitive effort

• Solid copywriting experience for SaaS vendors and/or digital workplace solutions

• Non-technical manner

• Proven stakeholder management experience and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver workshops and creative exercises
