Associate Creative Director

This is an opportunity to join a pioneering creative/design agency who are paving the way in connected brand experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands including Coca Cola, American Express and Nestle 👀

The role involves developing multi-channel campaign concepts that take customers on a journey through digital platforms, social media, packaging, OOH and much more. You’ll also get hands-on with executing your innovative ideas with the help of a small and agile team.

We are looking for a highly creative individual with demonstrable experience of delivering concepts for consumer brand campaigns that touch on multiple channels. You’ll have a solid design background and sound digital skills gained within an agency environment.

About the role:

• Drive innovative, inspired thinking and idea-based concept work to challenge expectations
• Deliver world-first campaign ideas incorporating evolving technologies and user experiences by staying close to future trends and insights
• Think laterally to tease out original ideas which capture the brand essence
• Take ownership, responsibility and accountability of client projects
• Briefing developers, tech partners, illustrators, lettering artists and general suppliers, art directing photo-shoots
• Manage and support junior members of the team to understand their role, brief and assignment deliverable
• Construct clear and convincing presentations for internal and client purposes
• Help identify opportunities and communicate these to the relevant channels

About you:

• Fluent in the use of relevant design software
• Sound technical knowledge across all print production and digital channels and formats including web build, mobile, social platforms, etc.
• Strong time and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build team management and mentoring skills
