Associate Creative Director – B2B Marketing – Remote

We are looking for a fantastic Associate Creative Director for a top marketing agency to focus on developing work that has meaningful impact, achieves marketing/strategic goals, and satisfies client brand requirements.

As the ACD you will help lead the copy, design, tone and direction of the work from concept to execution. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the clients’ brand’s tone of voice across a range of deliverable and campaign assets.

For this role you will be highly conceptual, a great decision maker and director setter. You enjoy to challenge and improve the work you and your creative team are producing and you understand, deliver and develop clients’ brands and aspirations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the voice of the client, articulating and developing a clear tone of voice across all deliverables
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to your creative team and your peers. Share generous feedback and best practice to drive collective success.
  • Producing copy in various formats, from conceptual creative across campaigns, to technical website copy, internal and external sales presentation and longer form copy writing and editing.
  • Working with the client to understand and interpret their brief alongside our Strategy Lead, inputting your own ideas to strengthen our output.
  • Maintain a creative, inspiring, and collaborative environment for ideas
  • Champion creativity within your team
  • Be an idea catalyst. Inspire the creative team to flex their creative muscles and let their work shine
  • Produce great creative work – lead by example
  • Improve quality of work with your vision and direction
  • Understand the client’s business and brand. Challenging the brand and pushing the limits
  • Present to and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Understand and input to strategy, planning and messaging
  • Understand and be the voice of your client
  • Push creativity to new heights

Your Skills:

  • Innovative and visionary, able to plant seeds and offer pearls of wisdom at every stage of the project
  • Able to inspire, mentor and motivate, giving clear direction, responsibilities and accountabilities to others
  • Even if an expert in one discipline, should be well-versed in all creative crafts. Able to be a chameleon who understands the balance between concepts and strategy, copy and design
  • Have a strong understanding of digital and can generate ideas that marry our creative and technology capabilities
  • Communicating clearly and concisely throughout your team, location and agency
  • Sound understanding of all the possible touchpoints and media outlets
  • Strong presentation skills, able to confidently take clients on a journey and convince them of the strength of our ideas
