Conceptual Designer

As I am working with an awesome brand product client who are looking for a freelance Conceptual Designer to join the team + Outside IR35!

They are looking to bring someone who has worked on consumer products development/concept development as well as hands on visual design. You don’t need to have any marcomm experience but would need ID/packaging/,concept and some experience working on visual design/instructions.

This is maily rmeote apart from maybe 1 day a week in their central London office.

CONCEPTUAL VISUAL DESIGNER

Exciting opportunity for a Conceptual Visual Designer to come on board and support the DDSL – Digital, Design & Strategy Lab. You will be ready to develop your existing skills by working with senior creative staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects, from packaging to new product concept development to digital.

You have an understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction, but mainly you are driven by a natural curiosity and hands-on approach. Ideally, you have some experience with Consumer Products Development and Concept Development, Design Thinking and 3D Product Design as well as a solid visual design foundation – bonus points if you have worked on instruction design.

Responsibilities

• ● Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
• ● Supporting the team with research and throughout the execution of projects
• ● Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
• ● Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
• ● Liaising effectively with suppliers and other team members

Skills & Abilities

• ● Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ● Strong Adobe software skills (3D modelling and motion graphics are a plus)
